Variations in distribution of background, pattern, color, size, shape, are all characteristics of natural stone. It is common for the appearance of Natural Stone to vary depending on what is being quarried and inventoried at the time of your purchase.
Upon request, at the time of purchase, photos of current inventory can be sent for stone that inherently has a lot of variation. In some cases, it may be necessary to visit the slab warehouse to personally select slabs.
Random veining can make seams more visible. Book matched veins are not guaranteed.
Finishes other than polished as well as dark surfaces may show more signs of daily life activities such as fingerprints, oils, and hard water residues, etc. These surfaces will require more frequent cleaning and maintenance.
